HOW TO ATTEND WOA 2023
This year, WoA 2023 and EGOS Colloquium are being held together, which means there are specific payment and fee rules in place.
To ensure a smooth process, we have prepared a checklist for you with two obligatory steps.
1. EGOS FEES
All authors presenting their paper either at EGOS or/and Posters’ session at WoA as well as participants willing to participate at EGOS or WoA 2023 without presenting a paper should pay EGOS fees, both membership and conference registration fees.
– Early-bird fee: Up to May 15, 2023
– Standard fee: After May 15, 2023
The EGOS registration fee includes the following:
– Access to the entire EGOS scientific program
– Access to all open social EGOS programs and receptions (if no special invitation or additional fees are required)*
– Coffee breaks and lunches
– Personal badge, certificate of attendance, and program materials

* The EGOS social dinner is not included in the registration fee and should be paid for separately.
2. ASSIOA MEMBERSHIP FEE
Authors and all WoA 2023 attendees are encouraged to pay their ASSIOA membership fee*, which will also entitle them to receive a certificate of attendance from WoA 2023 and access to the scientific and social programs of WoA 2023**.

**WoA 2023 Social Dinner should be paid apart
3. WOA 2023 SOCIAL DINNER (optional)
ASSIOA members who wish to join the ASSIOA social dinner in Cagliari, separate from the EGOS social program, are kindly requested to pay the WoA social dinner fee.
– WoA 2023 social dinner fee: 40 EUR
– The dinner will be held on 6th July 2023
– The restaurant by the Poetto Beach
– Organized transfer from Cagliari
– High-quality seafood cuisine menu (with an alternative menu for those who are intolerant to seafood)

ASSIOA MEMBERS: The reduced fee of 40 EUR for the WoA 2023 social dinner. This fee inlcudes the reduced price for dinner and transfer to the place. The fee must be paid in Euro (€) by bank transfer.
NON-ASSIOA MEMBERS: The total fee of 70 EUR for the WoA 2023 social dinner. This fee inlcudes full price for the social dinner and transfer fee. The total 70 EUR fee must be paid in Euro (€) by bank transfer.
